purpose of the privacy policy is to provide the natural person - the data subject - with information on the purposes for which personal data is processed, the applicable legal basis, scope of processing, protection and term of processing during data collection and when processing the data subject's personal data.

General provisions

1. Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. The privacy policy is applied to ensure the protection of privacy and personal data of the following groups (hereinafter - Customers):

·         Individuals - "Suspension fellas" clients (including potential, past and present);

·         Persons whose personal data are processed in social networks and are related to marketing activities organized by "Suspension fellas".

3. "Suspension fellas" takes care of Clients' privacy and personal data protection, respects Clients' rights to the legality of personal data processing in accordance with the applicable legislation - the Law on the Protection of Natural Persons, 2016 of the European Parliament and the Council. April 27 Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter - the Regulation) and other applicable legislation related to privacy and data processing.

4. The Privacy Policy applies to data processing, regardless of the form and/or environment in which the Customer provides personal data (in person, on the Suspension fellas website, in paper format or by phone). 

Purpose of processing personal data

5.1. Suspension fellas processes personal data for the following purposes:

·         Provision of services and sale of goods;

·         To identify the customer;

·         To prepare and conclude contracts;

·         To supply goods and provide services (contractual obligations);

·         To develop new goods and services;

·         To promote goods and services;

·         To serve customers;

·         To process claims;

·         To retain customers, to build loyalty, to conduct satisfaction surveys;

·         To administer settlements;

5.2. For business planning and analysis;

5.3. For the safety of customers;

5.4. For other specific purposes for which the Client's consent has been obtained, providing specific data to Suspension fellas.

Categories of recipients of personal data

6. "Suspension fellas" does not disclose to 3rd parties the Client's personal data or any information obtained during the provision of services and during the validity of the contract, including information about the goods and services received, except for:

·         Based on the clear and unequivocal consent of the Client;

·         To persons provided for in external legal acts, upon their motivated request, in the manner and scope provided for in external legal acts;

·         In the cases provided for by external legal acts, for the protection of the legitimate interests of Suspension fellas, for example, when applying to the court or other national institutions regarding a person who has violated the legitimate interests of Suspension fellas.

Transfer of personal data

7. Suspension fellas does not transfer Personal Data to 3rd parties except to the extent necessary to carry out reasonable business, ensuring that the relevant 3rd parties maintain the confidentiality of Personal Data and provide applicable protection.

7.1. "Suspension fellas" has the right to transfer Personal Data to "Suspension fellas" suppliers, subcontractors, strategic partners and others who assist "Suspension fellas" and its customers in carrying out commercial activities in order to implement cooperation. However, in such cases, "Suspension fellas" requires data recipients to undertake to use the received information only for the purposes for which the data was transferred and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation.

Personal data retention period

8. "Suspension fellas" stores and processes the Clients' personal data as long as one of the following criteria applies:

·         Only as long as the contract concluded with the Client or the service provided to the Client is valid;

·         The data is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected;

·         Until the Customer's request is fully reviewed and/or fulfilled;

·         As long as "Suspension fellas" or the Client can realize their legitimate interests (for example, submit feedback or file a lawsuit in court) in accordance with the procedure provided by external legislation;

·         While Suspension fellas has a legal obligation to store data;

·         As long as the Client's consent to process the relevant personal data is valid, if there is no other legal basis for data processing. 

9. After the circumstances mentioned in point 8 no longer apply, the Customer's data is deleted. Audit records are kept for at least one year from the date of their completion.

Access to personal data and other customer rights

10. The customer has the right to receive the information provided by the legislation related to the processing of his data.

11. In compliance with the law, the Client has the right to demand from Suspension fellas to allow access to his personal data, as well as to demand from Suspension fellas to supplement, correct or delete them, or to limit processing in relation to the Client, or the right to object to the data being processed ( including processing of personal data based on the legitimate interests of Suspension fellas), as well as the right to data portability. These rights are exercised to the extent that the processing of data is related to the obligations of "Suspension fellas", which are established in accordance with the applicable legislation, and which are carried out in the interest of the public interest. 

12. In order to exercise his right, the customer can submit a request electronically by sending an e-mail. a letter to the address info@suspensionfellas.com.

13. Upon receipt of the Client's request to exercise his right, the Client's identity is checked, the request is examined and executed based on legal acts.

14. "Suspension fellas" sends the answer to the Client by e-mail. by post at the contact address specified by him;

15. "Suspension fellas" ensures the fulfillment of data processing and protection requirements based on legal acts, and takes useful steps to resolve the complaint after the Customer submits claims. However, if this fails, the Client has the right to apply to the supervisory authority - the State Data Inspectorate. 

16. Suspension fellas is committed to ensuring the accuracy of Personal Data and trusts its customers, suppliers and other 3rd parties who transmit Personal Data to ensure the completeness and correctness of the Personal Data transmitted.

The customer's consent to data processing and the right to refuse it

17. The customer gives consent to the processing of personal data, the legal basis of which is consent (for example, to receive a commercial message, to analyze personal data), by performing the actions of ordering goods on the Suspension fellas website and mobile devices or elsewhere where Suspension fellas organizes marketing activities .

18. The customer has the right to withdraw the consent given for data processing at any time in the same way as it was given.

19. Withdrawal of consent does not affect data processing carried out during the period of validity of the Client's consent.

20. After withdrawing consent, data processing, which is carried out on the basis of other legal grounds, cannot be terminated.

Commercial messages

21. Commercial messages related to Suspension fellas and/or third-party services and other messages not directly related to the provision of services (for example, customer surveys) are sent by Suspension fellas in accordance with the procedure provided for in external legal acts or based on the Client's consent.

22. Suspension fellas can communicate, as well as send commercial messages, using an automated calling system or electronic means of communication.

23. The customer consents to receive commercial messages from Suspension fellas and/or its partners by ordering goods on the Suspenion fellas website and on mobile devices or elsewhere where Suspension fellas organizes marketing activities.

24. The consent given by the client to receive commercial messages is valid until it is revoked (also after the expiration of the service contract). The customer may at any time refuse to continue receiving commercial communications in one of the following ways: 

·         When sending a request by e-mail e-mail address: info@suspensionfellas.com; 

·         After using the commercial communication, an automated option is provided to refuse to receive further messages by clicking on the opt-out link at the end of the relevant commercial message (e-mail).

25. Suspension fellas stops sending commercial messages as soon as the Customer's request is processed. The processing of the request is subject to technological capabilities and may take up to five working days.

26. By expressing his opinion in surveys and leaving his contact details (e-mail address, phone number, etc.), the Client agrees that Suspension fellas can contact him using the provided contact information related to the assessment submitted by the Client.

Visiting websites and managing cookies

27. Suspension fellas websites may use cookies: 

·         Cookies are files that the website saves on the users' computers in order to identify the user and simplify the use of the website. Internet browsers can be configured to warn the customer about the use of cookies and allow the customer to choose whether to accept them. Not accepting cookies does not prevent the customer from using the website, but it may limit the customer's ability to use the website;

·         Suspension fellas websites may contain links to third-party websites that have their own rules of use and personal data protection, the completeness of which Suspesnion fellas is not responsible for. 

Other provisions

28. "Suspension fellas" has the right to change and add to the Privacy Policy, as well as to enable the Client to get acquainted with it, and to publish it on the "Suspension fellas" website.
